With over 25 years of corporate experience, Vinod Alex Kadavan is a seasoned professional in the Logistics and Logistics Technology sector. His expertise spans across ocean freight, air freight, project cargo, and customs clearance. Vinod has led high-performing sales and operations teams in reputed logistics companies and brings more than 15 years of leadership and sales management experience to the table.
Vinod has successfully led over 600 recruitments, specializing in carrier management (Air & Sea), warehouse operations, sales, customer service, and supply chain functions.
He has also spearheaded digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Known for his mentorship, Vinod has trained and developed many logistics professionals now holding key positions in the industry.
His career includes leadership roles at top organizations such as DHL Worldwide Express, KLM/Northwest Airlines, AFL Dachser, Freight Systems, and Newage Software. Vinod is also passionate about academia and regularly engages with students through guest lectures at management institutions.

A strategic HR leader, John has deep expertise in talent management, organization development, and human resource strategy. For over a decade, he has served as Head of HR in leading organizations, driving impactful people practices and culture-building initiatives.
John has led over 3,000 recruitments and has trained numerous professionals in campus hiring and talent assessment. He is highly regarded for his ability to unlock individual potential through personalized and group-based interventions. John has also mentored over 1,000 students in aligning their education with meaningful career paths.
